FableHR

FableHR terms of use

These terms are between Travis Smiley, doing business as WebHatch Designs, Hutchinson, Kansas ("we"), and the business that uses FableHR ("you").

  1. What FableHR is. FableHR records what your AI agents are permitted to do, answers their check-ins against those permissions and the monthly limits you set, and keeps a record of what they report.

  2. What FableHR is not. FableHR's answers are advisory:

    • An agent that skips the check, ignores a "no", or under-reports its cost is not stopped.
    • Spend figures are the agents' own reports, because FableHR cannot read your providers' bills.
    • FableHR keeps cooperative agents within budget and on record.
    • It is not a security boundary against a compromised or prompt-injected agent.

You remain responsible for your agents, their actions, your provider accounts and your spending.

  3. Accounts. Use is by invitation. Each owner signs in with an emailed link and an authenticator code. Keep your authenticator, your recovery codes and your agents' keys safe, and revoke a key you think is exposed.

  4. Acceptable use. Don't use FableHR to break the law. Don't try to reach another company's data, overload the service, or get around its limits. Don't put other people's personal information in it beyond what you need.

  5. Your data. Your data stays yours. We use it only to run FableHR for you, as the privacy policy says. You can export your activity log and ask us to delete your company at any time. If we learn that your data was exposed, we'll tell your owners promptly, and within two business days.

  6. Availability. FableHR is provided as it is and as available. During the first-customer period we make no service commitment: we do our best to keep it running, and we tell owners about planned downtime in advance.

  7. Liability. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us for FableHR in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for what your agents spend or do, or for charges from your AI or other providers, including spending FableHR didn't stop (section 2 says why it can't). This limit does not apply to anything the law does not allow us to limit, or to either side's fraud or deliberate wrongdoing. It does not limit rights a consumer has under the Kansas consumer protection act.

  8. Price. FableHR is free during the first-customer period. There is no billing. Any price after that period would be agreed with you in writing before it applied.

  9. Changes and ending. We'll email owners before these terms change. Either side can stop at any time. When you stop, we delete your company as the privacy policy describes. We may assign this agreement to a company we own that takes over the business; nothing else changes for you.

  10. Law. Kansas law applies, and any dispute is heard in the courts of Reno County, Kansas.
